The 18+ Hour On-Demand Fertility Programme built by a UK GP who has lived it.

"I know exactly where you are & how overwhelming this can be. This programme exists to give all the information you need in one place."

— Dr Divpreet Sacha, MBChB MRCGP DipOccMed

Who this is for

You don't need a medical background. You just need to be someone who wants to understand what's happening; not just be told what to do or being overwhelmed by the sheer conflicting information

This Programme Is For You If:

  • You've been to the GP & are waiting on tests, whilst also exploring private options

  • You've been reffered to the fertility clinic or waiting on IVF and the waiting period feels like dead time — you want to use it

  • You're mid-investigations and results come back labelled "normal" but nobody explains what that means for fertility specifically

  • Your clinic appointment was 15 minutes and you left with more questions than when you walked in

  • You've been told you need IVF but nobody has explained what a protocol actually involves, what the attrition rates look like, or what the medications do

  • You're already mid-IVF and feel confused by all the jargon, and want to also understand what you & your partner can do to optimise your chances, through evidence base, not social media 'fertility hacks'

  • You're Googling supplements at midnight and can't tell what's evidence-based and what's marketing

  • You want to know your workplace rights during treatment, not guess at them

  • You want one source you can trust, built for the UK system, by someone who has actually been through it

“ I can't recommend this programme enough! The information & practical lifestyle changes were incredibly helpful and easy to digest. I am so grateful to have accessed this, and feel it was one of the reasons my 3rd IVF transfer was finally successful. Thank you for creating such an invaluable resource!"

Frequently asked questions

IVF Foundations

Do I have to be doing IVF to benefit from this programme?

No. IVF Foundations is built for anyone navigating fertility — whether you're confused by your first round of tests, waiting for a referral, trying to understand your diagnosis, or thinking through what your next steps might be. You don't need to be on an IVF pathway to access it. Many women use it at the investigations stage, when they've been told something is "off" but nobody has explained what that means, or simply when they want to understand their body and options before making any decisions. IVF is one part of the picture. The programme covers the full fertility landscape.

I'm based in the UK but doing IVF abroad — is this still relevant for me?

Absolutely yes. The biology, the medications, the protocols, the supplements, the mental health strategies, and your workplace rights under UK law are all directly relevant regardless of where your clinic is based. The modules on understanding your investigations, your diagnosis, and how to optimise your body apply whether you're treating in London or Barcelona. Many women pursuing treatment abroad still live, work, and recover in the UK, and this programme was built for that reality too.

Is this relevant if I'm already mid-IVF and have already started a protocol?

Yes. The programme was built with exactly this in mind. Many women access it mid-protocol specifically because they want to understand what's happening in real time.

How is this different from Googling?

You’ll get UK-specific, evidence-based explanations organised into one clear framework, not conflicting advice from random blogs or forums.

My partner thinks we should "just relax and see what happens." Will this help?

Yes. Male fertility is woven throughout the programme; not isolated in one module, but integrated into understanding biology, investigations, lifestyle factors, and treatment options. Understanding the data together often helps partners realise why waiting isn't always the answer.

I've been trying for over a year and already seen a GP. Will I learn anything new?

Yes. Most GPs have 10 minutes to discuss fertility. This programme fills the gap between what doctors have time to explain and what you actually need to know—which blood tests to push for, how to interpret results, what private clinics won't tell you upfront, and how to navigate the system.

Unfortunately (as I learnt the hard way), NHS and NICE guidelines are outdated in some places. They're based on cost-effectiveness, not cutting-edge research. It takes roughly 10 years for research to make it into clinical practice—and if you're trying for a baby, you may not be able to afford to wait 10 years.

Is this personal medical advice?

No. This is education, not medical advice. I'm teaching you what to ask, what to look for, and how to interpret information, but you should always consult your GP or fertility specialist for personalised guidance.

Think of this as preparation for those appointments, not a replacement for them.

How long does it take to complete?

There's no timeline. This isn't a course you "complete"; it's a resource you use as needed. You might start with Pillar 2 if you're preparing for NHS investigations, or jump to Pillar 4 if you're exploring IVF options. There's also a quiz that can help you navigate which order may be best for you.

That said, due to the depth and breadth of information in each module, I'd recommend tackling no more than 2 modules per week at maximum (around 7-8 weeks in total), just so you don't face information overload. However, only you know what works best for you!

Can my partner access the programme too?

Yes. Your login is for single household use, which means you can share access with your partner. However, the login shouldn't be shared outside your household (friends, family members in different homes, etc.).

Male fertility is integrated throughout the programme, so it's designed to be relevant for both of you.
